For a multi-specialty private hospital in Abu Dhabi, we are currently looking out for experienced Plaster / Cast/ Orthopedic Technician

Main responsibilities:

– Fit and apply pre-operative braces and crutches

– Assist in preparing and applying casts and orthopedic appliances

– Remove sutures, casts, and splints

– Assist with orthopedic procedures, including wound care and fracture reductions

– Provide advice to patients regarding the care of casts

– Set up traction as requested by the physician and assess patients in traction

– Manage stock and equipment according to Hospital policy

– Ensure that expected health and safety standards are maintained
