A world leader in the pharmaceutical industry based in Riyadh, KSA is actively recruiting for a Medical Scientific Liaison. He is the point of contact for key opinion leaders and helps answer their medical, scientific and research needs within specific guidelines.

Key aspects of the role include:
– To support backup the Marketing, Sales Regulatory departments in the scientific and medical issues with the aim to achieve the company’s objectives.
– Provides medical and product training and scientific support to Sales Representatives in coordination with Training Department
– Acts as a reference point to Sales Representatives for any scientific query, in collaboration with Medical Information as appropriate
– Plan and manage clinical trials, collaborative research trials observational studies in accordance with guidelines company relevant SOP’s
– Organization and participation in Advisory Boards in cooperation with Medical Advisor/Medical Manager
– Report adverse events and product quality complaints as per Pharmacovigilance guidelines on timely basis

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
– Medical Doctor
– 1-2 years experience within the medical affairs

– Candidates based in Egypt are encouraged to apply
– Strong knowledge of GCP, SOPs, RD code and Healthcare Compliance policies and procedures
– Innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment
– Demonstrated track record of success
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
