Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Project Manager / Construction Management team,  performs management tasks in the medical facility maintenance field.  Oversees mechanical systems installation while Identifying issues in medical facility.  

This is a site based position which has direct supervision over Superintendents and their staff. This is an Owners Representative role that ensures that the scope of work is followed through direct contact with the General Contractor. Responsibilities include hands on enforcement of all Safety protocols.

Assist in the responsibility for overall project delivery, primarily through the supervision over the General Contractor and their execution of construction results within cost, on schedule, and within the desired scope of the project by the client.  Provide construction project analysis functions based on available data considering project scope, cost and schedule information. 

May Attends assigned meetings to cover weekly job progress meetings

Resolves complex construction related issues within the Medical Facility environment, dealing with disputes, and disagreements.
