KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
-Diagnoses and treats work-related illnesses injuries of employees and conducts fitness-for-duty physical examinations
-Attends patients in plant and re-examines disability cases periodically to verify progress
-Oversees maintenance of case histories, health examination reports and other medical records
-Formulates administers health programs
-Referring patients appropriately to other providers if their needs exceed the range of care you are able to provide
-Inspects plant and makes recommendations regarding sanitation elimination of health hazards.
-Ensure proper identification, handling, storing and disposal of clinical wastes and expired medicine and maintain records.
-Issue Sick Leave Certificates
-Recommendation for Medical Repatriation

-Responsible for the overall resourcing and management of medical team.
-Optimises performance through effective performance management.
-Full management control of people resources and is responsible for implementing disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal
-Monitoring Overtime of the team
KNOWLEDGE AND APPLIED SKILLS
-Should possess DHA license.
-University degree in MBBS
-10 years of post qualification experience including minimum 3 years of experience as a company doctor.
-Construction industry experience highly preferred.
-Knowledge of health insurance.
-Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage client expectations, both internal and external with fluency in business English (written and spoken); Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage
-Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules.
