For a leading private hospital in UAE, we are recruiting a Medical Director. Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital, offering both inpatient and outpatient services of international standard.

Our client is looking to hire a Medical Director with a background of experience as a consultant.
Main responsibilities:
-Contribute to the overall management of the hospital with specific responsibility for medical advice in relation to operations;
-Provide visible leadership for medical staff on both professional and managerial level;
-Along with senior management, take steps to guarantee the medical quality of the facility;
-Build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
-Consultant according to PQR: MBBS or MBChB or equivalent qualification from accredited institution AND completion of specialty qualification
-Mandatory Qualification: CCT (UK), American or Canadian Board
-Extended experience as Consultant
-Medical Management experience
-Excellent English communication skills
-Ability to think and act strategically and to express a clear sense of direction and vision
