Medical clinic Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 Overall management and PL responsibility

 Recruits new personnel, develops and implements new employee orientation programs and ensures staff is adequately trained on KKT protocols, role requirements and company values and philosophy.

 Supports and improves the operational system, processes and policies, better management reporting, business process and organizational planning

 Ensure statutory compliance with health and safety legislation, conducting risk assessment, monitoring performance and reviewing procedures

 Coordinates ongoing visits, training and audits by KKT head office staff members.

 Supervises clinic and office personnel, provides timely and constructive feedback, conducts regular performance reviews and provides on-going coaching and leadership ensuring that KKT standards of quality, operation and performance are maintained.

 Develops internal operating policies supporting KKT operating standards and ensures effective implementation of new or enhanced operational processes and tools to foster operational efficiencies, quality and business effectiveness within the centre.

 Coordinates and directs daily workflow for administrative and medical/clinical personnel, monitors work load, prepares schedules and ensures adequate coverage to meet centre requirements.

 Schedules and chairs regular clinic meetings, assesses operating deficiencies and works with KKT team to ensure requirements are met.

 Develops internal policies supporting the KKT Recognition Program, ensures staff, external doctors and opinion leaders, etc., are appropriately recognized for their contributions in a timely manner.

 Selects suppliers and vendors according to company standards and ensures work and/or services meet quality standards. Maintains inventory of office and clinic supplies and orders product as required.

 Maintains extensive knowledge of the evolving competitive environment and modifies the strategy and business plan to address new challenges and exploit new opportunities.

 Devising strategies to engage more new patients via online proposals, public seminars, local ventures with other local or multinational organizations.

 Keeping record of maintenance patients and devising strategies to ensure maximum compliance

 Developing a performance report for each employee that can be made available on demand


Skills and Abilities 

 Demonstrated ability to convert strategic business plans into a robust implementation plan containing activities, timelines, resources and budget

 High level of business acumen, including successful PL management

 Should have marketing and hospitality experience

 Ability to proactively identify potential opportunities and risks associated with future scenarios and make recommendations

 Ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends and potential pitfalls

 Ability to problem solve, project manage and multi-task.

 Build and retain a high caliber and motivated team – inspire and nurture an excellent office culture; consider longer term succession planning

 Demonstrated creative and analytical approaches to problem solving and issue resolution

 Advanced business analysis and decision-making skills

 Excellent communications (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal (negotiating, networking, customer skills). Able to communicate to and influence at all levels of management across a broad cross-section of interdisciplinary environments

 Exceptional attention to detail

 Appreciation for cultural differences and willingness to learn and adapt to these differences

 Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software programs

 Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and oral) desirable

 Must possess a valid driver’s license


Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a minimum of 5 year’s work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in preferable heath care. Strong preference for candidates with existing Medical clinic management experience.
