The hospital is designed to be a 149 bed multi-specialty hospital spanning a total of 40.000m² in 7 blocks. It is in the process of being converted into a hospital from a building that was originally designed as a residential building. Unlike other hospitals, the steel and glass façade is not only unique, it will be aesthetically pleasing as well.

The hospital is located in a prime location of Abu Dhabi City near the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City.
