Bachelor Degree in Clinical Governance or equivalent, Masters’ Degree preferred, along with a minimum of two ( 2) years work related experience on a senior level within a large healthcare organization

Proven track record of implementing clinical governance strategies and managing complex clinical governance standards

Experience in conducting clinical audits and interpreting statistics and proved organization skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain effective internal and external client relationships

Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Proven decision making skills with an ability to drive projects and solve problems

Proven experience in Project management is a definite advantage

Experience working in a multi-location environment in a multinational company within the UAE is highly desirable:
