With the opportunity to work for one of the most innovative outfit’s in property management today, Cobalt Recruitment are seeking two Caretakers to work on some of London’s most unique commercial spaces. These two separate sites are based in Wandsworth and Vauxhall.

Within this position, your responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring your property is maintained to the highest standards – liaising with the Facilities Management team to ensure this.
• To carry out required safety tests including water hygiene, fire alarm system, emergency lights and sprinkler systems.
• Maintenance and safe keep of all tools and equipment.
• Liaise with the Facilities Manager regarding all visits by service contractors and monitor the standards of these contractors

The position would suit a bubbly and personable individual. Having a caretaker background or a DIY attitude would confer a distinct advantage upon an application, but more importantly will be your communication skills and confidence in liaising with a range of individuals – in addition to an excellent approach to customer service.
