Emirates Airlines is a Dubai based airline that has been providing commercial passenger service since 1985. The now international airline is completely owned and operated by the Government of Dubai.
Fleet
Emirates Airlines claims to have one of the fastest growing commercial fleets in the country. The airline’s current fleet is made up of Boeing 777, Airbus A330 and Airbus A340 models.
Destinations
The airline provides service to cities on six continents with nonstop flights from Dubai to New York, Houston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Technology
Emirates Airlines allows passengers to stay connected with those on the ground with in-seat telephones, screens that allow passengers to send email and text messages to mobile devices, and, on some flights, the ability to use their own mobile phones. Additionally, cabin lighting is set to mimic the time of day of the flight’s destination.
Dining
Passengers can expect gourmet meals made from fresh ingredients whether they are flying first class, business class or economy class. The airline also provides passengers with a list of carefully selected wines on each flight.
Rewards Program
Emirates Airlines allows frequent passengers to earn rewards such as free flights and travel upgrades through their rewards program called Skywards.
