Provide support for the Nurse Manager and act as deputy in their absence.

The post holder will have responsibility for management and clinical leadership of the area of responsibility, including supervision, development and deployment of staff.

Will provide clinical leadership and accountable for the monitoring of standards of care within the clinical area.
