Our client in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire 2Occupational Therapists (female, Arab speaking) on an urgent basis.

This role helps children and adultsof all ages with mental, physical or social disabilities to independently carryout everyday tasks or occupations with more confidence and independence.

Main responsibilities:
– develop a rehabilitation program to help rebuildlost skills and restore confidence;
– advise on home and workplace environmentalalterations;
– advise on specialist equipment to help withdaily activities;
– mentor people on how to control their own behavior;
– liaise with other professionals, such asdoctors, physiotherapists, social workers, equipment suppliers and architects,as well as patients’ families, carers and employers;
– write reports and attendmultidisciplinary case meetings to plan and review ongoing treatment.
Our client is looking for:
– Femaleonly
– Arab nationalityonly (native Arab speaker)
– Preferred inside UAE
– DHA or HAAD license as Occupational Therapist ismandatory
– Similar working experience is needed
– NativeArab speaker, good English communication skills
– Personalskills: excellent communication and listeningskills, a flexible approach to work, assessment and reportwriting skills and enthusiasm, sensitivity and patience to deal withpatients with a range of needs
