Key aspects of the role include:
– Leading the Patient Education projects through training of the in-Hospital Nurses and in-Hospital Patient educators by providing patient educational materials, answering product general queries
– Conducting training for in-hospital Nurses on product administration i.e. reconstitution and infusion, side effect management, reporting adverse events etc.
– Handling the infusion capacity challenge by providing solutions proposals for infusion capacity gaps, implementating approved solutions in alignment with department’s Heads and Nurses’ Heads, ensuring that infusion schedules are smoothly implemented and providing monthly report about the infusion capacity status
